Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Wildflower Laser Co. (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our products and services, including all custom engraving services provided by Wildflower Laser Co.

By purchasing a product or service from us, you (“Client” or “you”) agree to the following:

1. Custom Orders & Artwork Approval

  • All custom orders require written approval of the final design. Once approved, no changes may be made.

  • You affirm that you have the rights to any artwork, logo, or text provided to us. Wildflower Laser Co. is not liable for copyright or trademark infringement related to user-submitted content.

  • We reserve the right to refuse any design we deem offensive, hateful, or inappropriate.

2. Materials & Engraving Disclaimer

  • Client-supplied materials are accepted at the client’s risk. We take every precaution but are not liable for damage to customer-provided items during the engraving process.

  • Engraving results vary by material. While we use high-quality equipment and settings optimized for various substrates, we make no guarantee on final appearance, especially on coated, unknown, or irregular materials.

3. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is due at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • For bulk or commercial orders, a 50% deposit may be required before production begins.

  • Accepted payment methods include credit card, debit card, ACH, Zelle, PayPal, Apple Pay, Venmo, & cash when business is conducted in person. 

4. Turnaround Time & Shipping

  • Estimated turnaround times are provided at the time of order. While we strive to meet all deadlines, Wildflower Laser Co. is not responsible for delays due to supply shortages, shipping carriers, or acts of God.

  • Shipping costs and insurance (if applicable) are the responsibility of the client. Title and risk of loss pass to the client upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Estimated turnaround times are provided at the time of order. While we strive to meet all deadlines, Wildflower Laser Co. is not responsible for delays due to supply shortages, shipping carriers, or acts of God.

  • Shipping costs and insurance (if applicable) are the responsibility of the client. Title and risk of loss pass to the client upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Wildflower Laser Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or products.

  • Our maximum liability under any circumstance shall be limited to the price paid for the product or service in question.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All original artwork, templates, and designs created by Wildflower Laser Co. remain the intellectual property of the Company unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • We reserve the right to use photos of custom products for marketing and portfolio purposes unless the client explicitly opts out in writing.

8. Firearm Engraving Notice

  • Clients must ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws regarding firearm customization. Wildflower Laser Co. does not accept liability for improper modifications or usage.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms shall be governed and interpreted according to the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
