Yes! If you'd like to bring your own item for engraving—like a tool, firearm slide, or piece of jewelry—just send us a message first to make sure it's compatible with our lasers.
Absolutely. Whether you have a design ready or just an idea in mind, we’ll work with you to bring your vision to life. Custom orders are our specialty.

Yes, custom orders require a deposit or full payment upfront, depending on the project. We'll provide all the details before getting started.
Turnaround varies depending on the size and complexity of your order and current workload. Most small items are ready within 1-3 business days. Larger or bulk orders may take longer—we’ll always keep you in the loop!

Definitely. For custom pieces, we always send a digital mockup for your approval before we begin engraving to ensure everything looks perfect.
Yep! We’re based in Marion, Ohio but can ship anywhere in the U.S. Shipping costs will be calculated based on your order and location.

Yes! We currently offer a 10% discount for EMS & military.
We are able to engrave firearm slides only. At this time, we do not hold an FFL and cannot accept full firearms or frames. We only accept bare slides—all optics, barrels, and internals must be removed prior to drop-off or shipping.
Not for bare slides! Since we are working with non-serialized parts and not handling complete firearms or frames, no FFL is required. That said, we take compliance seriously—please follow our submission guidelines carefully.
All internal components and accessories must be removed before we can begin work. This includes:
Optics
Sights (if possible)
Firing pins, barrels, springs, etc.
We will not disassemble or reassemble slides for liability reasons.
Yes! Whether you have a design in mind or need help coming up with something unique, we’ll work with you to create a custom look. Just let us know the style you're going for—tactical, ornate, minimal, bold, etc.
We recommend vector files (like SVG, AI, or EPS) for the cleanest results, but we can also work with high-resolution PNGs or JPEGs depending on the design.
We can offer everything from light surface marking to deep engraving, depending on the material and desired look. Let us know if you're aiming for aesthetics only or something more aggressive and durable.

We can engrave on a wide variety of finishes including Cerakote, stainless steel, nitride, and more. Just let us know your slide material and finish ahead of time so we can dial in the settings for the best results.
No. At this time, we do not engrave serialized parts or offer ATF-required NFA engravings, as this would require an FFL.
Yes, you can ship your bare slide to us—no full firearms, please. Be sure to package it securely and include your contact info and order details. Return shipping will be discussed when placing your order.
Most slide engraving projects are completed within 3–5 business days once we receive your slide and confirm the design. We'll give you a firm estimate when your order is placed, prior to accepting payment.
